A ledger that records the conveyance of U.S. government land to either the state or to an individual. They are laid out on two facing pages. On the left is information about federally owned land and its conveyance. Information includes a description of the tract, to whom the land was sold or granted, the date of the sale, and the certificate number. On the right hand page is land donated to the state by the federal government and sold thereafter by the state.
